Signature on Passport

Updated:   Published

Hello, I'm going to apply NCLEX next month. I'm concerned

About the signature on passport. Which signature I should put in my passport ? Is the signature which I used in Pearson vue application? I mean electronic signature. Please help me.

Thank you.

Hello agian, i mean what is the needed signature to be in passport since the applications for board and

pearson vue are electronic and the signature is electronic?

The signature should be matched with what?

Your passport, SS#, and Drivers License number must always match. If they do not, I'd highly recommend not registering with Pearson Vue until they do match. It will save you a lot of red tape and hoops later on because if the BON has the least bit discrepancy regarding your identity, they can and will hold your test results, and will not issue the license until they are 100% certain of your identity.

Update your credentials before contacting PV. However, if you choose to use your passport as ID, that is what you must use as your signature when registering with PV; and that is the name that will be listed on your license....until you complete the legal name-change process.

When I got married, no one would touch a name change for me until it was updated with the Social Security Administration first.

The pearson vue signuture is electronic. Is this what should write in passport? I mean the signature in Pearson vue is just letters not like usual signutures

Your typed signature should read the same as your written signature.

I don't really understand what you're asking. If your name is Jane Smith then your signature should read Jane Smith.

Hi. I also have the same problem. My signatures in the passport and my form 2f in NYSED are different. I used my full name in my form 2f, while using only initials in my passport. May I know what happened with your case?
