I received my email at 1:21 today for an alternate position. I'm hopeful because I know last year they went through all 10 and had to select more. The only frustration is not knowing where on the short list I sit! I've never been so excited to have to take a final early (conflict with the initial orientation meeting).

The applications are processed as they come in. That way, the day after the application period closes, they can quickly do the lottery and send out emails. I appreciate the efficiency lol! Have you attended an information meeting? They explained this process and answer any and all questions. I would recommend it.
