Since you both have applied before, do you know how many applications they had? I turned my app in last Friday and I was the 11th app., which the lady there said was unusual because usually they had a lot more the first week. I am hoping thats a sign that maybe there will be less applications this year...Probably not though.
Hello! This will be my first time applying at Sierra College. I had to wait on some of my transcripts to arrive and will be turning in my application tomorrow. I will try and follow up and let you know what number I am. I will start applying at other colleges next semester as well if I end up not getting in. Hoping for the best and good luck to everyone!
Just so you know, as this is now my third year applying to Sierra and other schools, never hold off applying to other schools. Ever. I made that mistake with Butte, and only found out (after the first time I could apply) that they take into account the amount of times you have applied, thereby increasing your odds of being accepted every time you resubmit. If you still have time to apply to other schools for fall, do it! Even if Sierra is your first choice, don't limit your opportunities elsewhere. Good luck!
This is my first time applying to Sierra. I'm a little late on getting my app in, but still have two weeks left :) I've had my app ready for the past month, but just waited cause I knew I had a couple weeks left to turn it in. It's very weird that Sierra has such a long filing period. I also applied to Sac City (first time), Butte (first time, but already got my rejection email unfortunately) and it's my second time applying to ARC. Good luck everyone. Hopefully everyone in this thread gets in, cause I'm not looking forward to having to study for the TEAS 6 lol.

Hello there,
Starting a thread for Sierra College's Fall 2017 ADN program applicants. Just thought we could use this to keep in touch for updates. Anyone else applying?? How many times have you applied for Sierra and/or other programs?? This will be my first time applying for any nursing program. Good luck to everyone!
