75 it shut down

posting for a friend who is too nervous to type....

its been a while since my test so I thought I would ask you guys.....for her....

what are her chances for passing when it shut down at 75.

She said it was hard, 4 math questions, lots of priority, and few new style....

I just hope and pray that you'll make it!i have lots of friends who passed at 75.they really took time out to study and gave all their best for it!mine is different from them.i just took the exam without trying so hard to really study and failed.from then on ,i told to myself not to take the exam for granted.i just hope you did study for you to pass it!good luck!

what do you mean by "few new styles"?????

it really depends , only your friend can assess if she's in the level of "passing greater than failing" or vise versa,especially reaching only the minimum number of questions...nclex stops wen the computer is like 90% certain that the tester is above or below the passing standard. stopping at 75 means that the computer detected the ability of the tester at the minimum questions thrown. goodluck! have faith!

I really hope she passed, this thread was started in March. She has probably been licensed for 9 months now!;)

it shut down at 75. Some of the question were really hard.. i got 3 sata, 5 or 6 computations..the rest were prioritization,infection control...I remember my last question was all about tetralogy of fallot. hope i'l be able to pass.by the way,i took my exam last nov 28....

mine stoped at 75 also, and I passed. 3 math, 4 SATA, lots of priority, no new style, mostly medsurg
