    uhm, as far as my experience is concerned. yes. small white = with letter saying you passed or license if with SSN provided. big = the sad story.

    i believe so... the small white has the letter saying u passed. the big one (paper size) has retake forms and a brochure from NCSBN i think. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
