  1. posting for a friend who is too nervous to type.... its been a while since my test so I thought I would ask you guys.....for her.... what are her chances for passing when it shut down at 75. She said it was hard, 4 math questions, lots of priority, and few new style.... Thanks:monkeydance:
  2. So they changed things:smackingf .....nobody likes change, but I will tell you what.... In nursing you have to always be ready for change. We learn to adapt and overcome! :loveya: I KNOW you can still do it! Just study hard, take well needed rest breaks and get ready for that "I passed" ticket to happiness!!~
  3. good luck whatever you end up doing. sounds like your heart is set on both.....having a baby and being a nurse.....so I say go for it and YOU CAN DO IT! (I did)
  4. :balloons:  CONGRATS TO YOU NURSE!!! WHAT AN HONOR ISN'T IT!!!
  5. Hi. Hope everyone is having a great day! Also hoping this is the right forum to post this question in..... I am trying to find books, journals, etc... to stay up to date with the most "current" nursing information. Can anyone suggest anything to me? When I was working at the hospital they had CEU's to offer us, but now I am between jobs taking care of my baby so I want to keep totally current on as much as I can until I return. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. I am feeling rusty and I consider myself still a NEW nurse....lol Thanks in advance, :icon_hug:
  6. Ok here is my reply: go to the nearest ice cream parlor......take one of your bestest friends and get a banana split!! Totally indulge yourself and enjoy. The next morning when you wake up sit down and make out a plan (on paper).......your strengths leave for last......your weakness this is what you need to focus on. When I was studying I went by Suzanne's plan and WOW was it helpful!! She knows her stuff! Good luck and YOU PASSED is just around the corner.........can ya see it? Its there!!!
  7. welcome and good luck!!
