Anyone have any good ideas of health topics that I can incorporate to a lesson with a group of high school students once a week?

Wear your seatbelt. Every passenger. One of my most vivid memories from my time in the ER was "preparing" a teenager's body for his parents to see and hold for the last time; cleaning the blood from his face, nose, mouth, ears, hair, even fingernails...my Pastor was with his parents in the ER because they are members of my church...one car rollover on a curve...no one else was hurt but he was ejected because he was not wearing his seatbelt.Wear your seatbelt. There was a horrible car accident in my state last weekend on the news. Five passengers. 4 of the 5 were killed. The 5th who survived was the only one wearing his seat belt.
