Debating between the Littmann Cardiology III and the Littmann Classic III.
Just got a job on the mother baby unit so I want one steth that I can assess both which. Do you prefer one or the other?
Also more trivial but debating between the breast cancer pink and the coral pink....do you have one or the other? Post a picture!!!

When I worked M/B, I bought a peds stethoscope, and used it for both patients.

I recently bought an Ultrascope with switchable heads between Adult and Neonatal. I'm an advanced nurse assesment practitioner as well as midwife and found them really good for doing heart and lung sounds on adults and picked up some very faint mumers on babys with the NN Head. Well worth the money as cheaper then the Littmann top models (why do you need to consider a Cardiology in Ob/Gyn nursing, overkill if YAM).
They are also available in very funky designs.

My sister-in- law gave me the cardiology 3 in breast cancer pink, wore it once and it rubbed off with something black that does not come off with anything!!!

I personally find the cardiologies too cumbersome when working with the newborns, so I did what klone mentioned above, and got a pediatric that I can use on both moms and babies.
Thanks for all the input! I ended up going with the Littmann Classic III. Similar to the Cardio III, it has the adult side and the pediatric side. For what I'm doing the pediatric side has proven to be plenty sufficient on the babies (and I have access to neonate stethoscopes if I have any questions about what I'm hearing). I'm very happy with my choice!
