Has anyone taken pathophysiology online? If so, would you recommend one to take it online and what school?

I took pathophysiology online at a community college as a prereq for a direct-entry MSN program. I thought the depth of knowledge was definitely lacking in the class. However, I was also warned of this beforehand about this particular community college. I think if you have good time-management skills, discipline, willingness to learn on your own, and you know that the class provides you with the level of knowledge you need...then go for it.

I took patho online through ccconline. It was a 4 credit class, while my nursing program only required a 3 credit one. I took almost all of my pre-reqs online and this course was one of the most challenging. We went through the entire McCance Pathophysiology book from cover to cover.
You should know yourself and your learning style before you decided to take an online class. I do well with online online classes, but know others who haven't.
Thank you. I am self-disciplined and I have taken classes online before so I'm sure I will be fine. Once again, thank you.

At my nursing school pathophysiology was only offered online. Since I could not take it in a class I have no way to compare with how it could have turned out. However, doing it online was not that bad for us. Our professor was really good about having online assignments that way it was just not us reading a book and having to take a test.

Nope. Then again, pathophysiology is incorporated into my nursing program while in nursing school. I don't have the option to take it separately or online.
