Should I apply again? Help

To start off, I have a disturbing the peace on my record. I applied for nursing school this year and was accepted. I was told by the Louisiana BON with my acceptance letter not to commit any crimes and I should be fine. I was taking classes when I found out I was pregnant and it was high risk. I had to drop my classes because I was put on bed rest until I delivered. Well I had my little girl and am waiting to reapply. The school I am attending stated I have to reapply because I'll be put for over a year (she has a few complications and want to see how everything is before continuing).

Main reason for the question is I got into an accident and got a careless operation ticket (Trying to switch lanes, panicked when I heard her screaming behind me, tapped someone's bumper, no injuries). I heard Louisiana BON is strict and don't know if this will come up and if it does with my previous charge 4-5 years ago, I don't know if I should apply. I don't know if my application will be delayed or denied. Grades haven't been an issue just concerned if I should.

You're overthinking it. Go ahead and reapply. Getting a ticket isn't the same as committing a crime.
