Anyone gotten a phone call verbal offer before Christmas for Sharp Chula Vista received any follow up email/written offer letter yet? Thanks and good luck for anyone who are still going through the interview process.

I got an email to send my references in, do any of you know if they make their final decision after I send them in ?

Sorry Lizza I was meant to answer your text on this but I am bad on replying for this forum so I clicked on sth just now. For me, I interviewed on 12/21 and got a reference email that afternoon. Someone from the department called on 12/28 for a verbal offer and a confirmation email right after. Still waiting for the written offer to come. Good luck on yours and hope you will hear back soon!

Thanks! Mine is Labor and Delivery. I am really excited to start as it took me almost a year to get a perinatal position?. Hope you got good news soon! Did you reach out after your interview to follow up everything? That was I did last time ?

It took them 2-3 weeks to get back to me after references

Hey Lizza,

Give them like 2 weeks and reach out may be? I gave the hiring manager 2 weeks then reach out as I need to submit my 2 weeks notice for the current job and I finally got the offer letter last night from the acquisition team. May be because we won't start until 3/30 for Chula Vista so there is still time. I wish you best of luck and like you said before finger crossed ?

any december graduates gotten their ATT yet? I sent my transcript on dec 20th and all my other stuff I completed back in october. Still havent heard yet

I received a verbal offer on December 21st and then was asked submitted references. I still have not gotten my written offer and was wondering if others also haven't received their offer letter as well.

Hi everyone!

I plan on applying Summer 2023 and I was wondering who did you all use as references?

Hi everyone, quick question regarding offers and references. I received a verbal offer and an email confirmation asking for references and my RN experience form. I'm under the impression that the verbal offer is valid and isn't too reliant on references. I'm thinking that references are almost a formality and that as long as somebody doesn't say that I'm incompetent, I'll get the official offer letter.

Is this what everyone else is thinking or should I be genuinely worried about my offer being revoked?

Hi bobracubbles,

From what I know regarding the references as stated on  my official offer letter as long as we met the 2 references requirement that are good and solid, we are good. As for me, I reached out to the hiring manager that called/sent the congratulation email after the verbal letter on the updates. I did that 2 weeks after the verbal offer since I need to relocate & to give 2 weeks notice to my current employer. IMO, I still think to have a written offer letter only it is official then I can stop going for more interviews. I hope that help to clear your mind a little. Congrats on the offer as well!
