I'm starting this thread for anyone who applied to the Sharp New Grad Residency for Summer 2022. Good luck everyone!

I know many people have already interview & received offers, but I just got an interview invite from Grossmont today. So if you're still waiting, don't lose hope! Seems like different facilities/units are working on very different timelines.

Just got a verbal offer for memorial! I’m acute care!! So excited ?

I'll be interviewing at Memorial next week for a med-surg position! Does anyone have any idea of what base pay is?

48 base. $2 differential for BSN. $4 differential for over night!

@talkingbird Do you know if thats for all residency positions or just Med Surg/Memorial?

@talkingbird did you sign your offer letter already through workday? I am still waiting for mine. I got a verbal offer awhile back. Thanks

No I haven’t. I also got a verbal offer but I was told I wouldn’t hear anything for a while and that I would get more info a month or so before the start of the program.
