I'm starting this thread for anyone who applied to the Sharp New Grad Residency for Summer 2022. Good luck everyone!

I got the email to select my top three last month and got the confirmation email that they received my choices, but I haven't heard anything since. Got the confirmation email back on 3/24 but nothing else...just getting a little anxious. 

I just got invited for an interview for one of my choices for progressive care, the short stay observation unit!

Question - are these interviews in person or online? I'm hoping they can be online; I'm in LA and while I could travel down for the interview, I would have to miss class and would rather not

@kvt1013 I have an interview with memorial and it’s in person! They didn’t email you with interview details?

All they said was the interview date, to send an RSVP, and attach an updated resume and a covid vaccination card. I don’t know if I will honestly be able to skip class that day so I’m going to ask if it is at all possible to do the interview over Zoom

Does anyone have any insight on how many new grads they hire on a unit? I know this varies greatly but just wondering if anyone has any exclusive info about this lolol
