Sharp new grad residency winter 2011-2012

Hi, I just applied to Sharp new grad residency for winter 2011-2012. Anyone else applied?

After I sent my application, I didnt get any email confirmation at all. Anyone else having the same issues?

Also, can you apply to more than two units? I know during the application they ask you for your top two choices.

Anyway.. goodluck to all of us who applied! I hope we get at least an interview.

I did get an automated reply from UCSD website saying both my applications had been submitted and were currently under review. I hope this helps? I also applied for 2 positions with no problem. Good luck!

Just to clarify, I only received the confirmation email regarding the applications sent in; regarding the interviews I have not heard anything....ahhh, good luck everyone! God put us all here for a reason!

Has anybody gotten a call/update for a Sharp Mary Birch position? I had an interview last Wednesday and, needless to say, I am waiting anxiously for a call... ahhh!!

What department did you apply for? Maternal Infant Services already notified but I do believe the recruiter sent out another email asking further information for a later new grad.

I applied/interviewed for Labor and Delivery- the director said it would be a wk/wk and a half before calls were being made, my hope is slowly disappearing, so I'm just wondering if anyone has gotten a call. The recruiter did send out an app for a new grad PSCU program, I applied to that one as well.

I heard last thurs for Maternal infant services. NOT L&D. I think L&D has a later start date.

Has anyone received any news about the PSCU program?

After I turned my additional clinical supplemental form for the PSCU I received an email from ---- saying we should hear back tomorrow (11/25). Did you also get this email? From what I have heard about SHARP I won't be too bummed if I don't hear back tomorrow. Seems like they maybe a little unorganized and on a delayed schedule? Have you heard this too?

I also received that e-mail, but I haven't heard anything about SHARP other than the material on the website to be honest.

From what I have read on this blog I have an understanding that they are slow. I read that some people who applied for the Spring New Grad program were called for interviews in Sept. Maybe I am just trying to be positive and my hopes in bay just in case I don't get an email tomorrow...

When and where did you graduate?

I graduated in October from National University.

Have you taken the RPS course?
