Hey everyone!

I just got a called today to come in Aug 1st for an interview!

Hey there congrats on interviewing! It seems that they have extended the interviews. Did your interview consist of a lot of the typical behavioral questions? And did you experience the simulation?

Hoping to get some insight on what to expect ? thanks in advance!

It was a panel interview. There was a representative from all the PCU floors there. The simulation interview...was interesting. lol

Also, I just got called today and was offered a job! Offical transfer date is Nov 3.

Congrats!!!! That’s so awesome!!!

Is the simulation anything crazy? Crazy family? Patient codes and you have to revive them?

Congrats again ?

I wouldn’t say the simulation was crazy crazy, but it was

something. Lol There will be actual people acting.

Does anyone know anything about the simulation interview? Like how should I prepare for it? Or any insight on the type of scenarios they do?

Someone told me you can’t really prepare for it. I was told that basically they’re gonna throw a scenario at you where you’re gonna have difficult people to deal with (not really sure if that’s gonna be the nurses, fam or pt) and how you’re gonna communicate with them. So I guess if you’re gonna prepare, try to think of which stuff you would prioritize in care and how to go about difficult people?

Haha sorry idk if that’s much help. I’m nervous for it too!!!! Good luck! ?

how'd the simulation go for everyone!?

Omg it was horrible hahah I got so flustered and didn’t have enough time to read the chart. And did a terrible job doing patient teaching lol but we shall see

I have mine tmrw! Got any tips/advice?

I heard they're taking ~20 people for this cohort! I wonder how many they already hired since they did hold interviews the first week of august

I haven’t heard of anyone getting an offer yet. Who knows ?
