Hi MARod,Last year's fall class, 100% of those admitted had volunteer experience and 94% had multicultural experience. I can't tell from your post if you had either, but judging based on the stats it looks like volunteer/multicultural experience is mandatory.

Hi Reincarnated,
Thanks, that's useful information... I don't have volunteer experience but I believe it's in the same category as previous work in a clinical setting which I do have 3 years of recently and a total of 7 years.. I don't have multicultural experience though, in fact, I don't really know what that means? Can you or anyone else explain what they submitted as multicultural experience? Thanks again!

Multicultural work is kind of in the name, multiple cultures or marginalized communities. Hate to say it this way but basically working with a specific group that isn't white. Ex. Working with a black church, working with the Chinese Elderly, etc.

Congratulations!
Out of the people who have interviews coming up: how many of you are actually going to accept an offer for admission to this program? I think it would be a good idea if we all get to know if we have a chance to get in for those who may be waitlisted.
In other words, who has an interview and who has this program listed as their Top school to go to?
I just got an interview email (Tuesday night 3/28. The interview is for just over a week from today... if I'm offered a spot I believe I'll accept, but mostly just feeling grateful to have the opportunity to interview for now! I posted my stats on the previous page fyi!

Im pretty sure Ill attend if im accepted into the program. Its a matter of comparing with other programs I may get into. If I end up choosing not to go, Ill definitely post on this thread so waitlisted people know
How was the interview everyone? :)
I will go on Thursday... Reincarnated did you have yours already? How many people were in the group?
It was instructed not to give out any information about the process or risk losing points in getting into the program, so unfortunately I can't say much.
