Hey everyone! For those of you admitted into this falls cohort I also created a facebook group called "SFSU BSN class of 2020", I would love for everyone to join! I thought it would be a cool way of creating a little community among us, get to know each other and also a place to share any questions we have as we go through the orientation process. Hey! We can totally answer questions but I would check out the school of nursing website Nursing Programs - School of Nursing - CSU, Chico in which they have the program stats, explanation of the points system, etc. and then also check out the Chico state nursing club website Chico State Nursing Club This is a club on campus that works to help pre-nursing students navigate everything, but that might be something to check out when you're at Chico in the fall. And then when you attend summer O they will answer a bunch of questions too and help you with figuring out your schedule and registration.

Hi all, interview was really interesting, but I kind of liked it! haha These next 3 weeks are going to feel so long, did anyone ask them if they had a specific idea of when acceptance letters would come out.

Hi everyone! I'm applying for fall with 94 points TEAS 91.3% (20) science pre-reqs (40) foundation pre-reqs (20) GPA 3.9 (3) science GPA 4.0 (3) language proficiency (3) volunteer (1) co-reqs (4) Chico is my second choice (my first is sfsu), but both schools are great I so I'm not opposed to either. Best of luck to everyone! Maybe if we're lucky we'll see some of each other in the fall!!

This same thing happened to me so I sent admissions and the nursing department an email but they never got back to me. So thanks for sharing this, I found it helpful. :)

Hey, I also applied for fall 2018! Overall gpa: 3.93 Pre-req gpa: 4.0 Teas: 91% - 60 you're volunteering through a hospice organization I don't have great work experience so I'm hoping that my grades and Teas score will compensate. I also included a letter of varification that I worked on the executive board of my school's LGBT+ and allies club hoping that would count as multicultural volunteer work, but it was honestly a shot in the dark.
