SF Bay Area CA PICU's

Hi everyone! I'll be a new grad soon and looking for a job, I was wondering if anyone has any input regarding working at any of the Bay Area PICU's. I've heard some things, but would love as much info as possible. Thanks!

The three main ones are Children's Hospital of Oakland, Lucille Pickard at Standford in Palo Alto, and the Children's facility at UCSF.

As far as working specifically there, nothing to report. Have heard excellent things about Pickard.

I am from San Jose and around here only Kaiser Santa Clara has a PICU. You have to be in Pedi for about a year before they cross train you.

I think at Packard you can start as a new grad but their training programs are only 2x a year.
