hi.

just passed nclex for saipan last week (january 2018) do i need to register at saipan or am i already registered as rn in saipan since i passed nclex last week?

also,i want to apply it for reciprocity and practice in california? what steps do i need to do?

is someone knowledgeable with my querries? i hope this will turn out good.

If your application is with Saipan then passing NCLEX is the final step in that process. Whether a license is issued will depend on whether they require a US SSN first or not. If a license is issued then go to CA state website and see what requirements are for IEN endorsing license but generally you have to arrange for transcripts to be sent to them and they still make their own initial assessment. Suggest reading the various posts on the difficulty a lot have with getting a license in CA
