September 2008 support group!

Hi everyone..

I just scheduled my exam awhile ago and finally taking it this September 15, 2008.

I was looking for the September 2008 Support Group and found their is none in existence so i figured to start one. :D

I am currently on Saunder's 4th Ed. and some other references like, Exam Cram, Illustrated Study Guide for the NCLEX-RN Exam, Prioritization, Delegation Assignment by Linda LaCharity and other Q and A books by Saunder's and Mosby.

But i am focusing more on Saunder's, i just like to have other references to understand topics which i am weak in.

I wasn't a very good student before or wasn't that much focus with my studies while in school. That's why i am very anxious now with my upcoming exam.

Now I am giving my best in my review and hoping and praying that i may pass it on the first try.

I really want and dreampt of becoming an RN and finally i am a test closer to becoming one.

Hey ALL, just wanted to tell you guys GOOD LUCK on your upcoming exam !!!! , you have my BUDDY, GWAFUH in here, (heya gwafuh !!!!) I hope you ALL do well and slay this beast ! Just remember that the NCLEX is NOT an indication of what kind of nurse you are OR WILL BE.

Can you add me to your list of September test taker. I will be testing on 9/25. I especially need some prayers. I graduated in 77 and passed the "old" boards and practiced for 10+ yrs. I left nursing and let my license lapse. Now after all this time, I've decided to return. I've been doing Suzannes' program and I am on step 2 and moving right along.

sept is fast approaching.hayyyyyssssss.The last time i took the exam i finished at 216 but unfortunately i failed..my friend told me that i was in the border line..i hope that i'll pass for the 5th and final time...

hey everyone i wanted to wish u all good luck! every night i include in my prayers that all the NCLEX test takers have the confidence and knowledge they would need on the day of their exam. my friend is taking it september too, but she hasn't told me which date lol. but yeah good luck to everybody!!:):up:

I'll be testing on the 30th..I was scheduled for 19th then I rescheduled!! :banghead: God I am so nervous..help us all..I'm really nervous just thinking about it, hope you all include me in your prayers as well.
