I have tons of experience as along term nurse I live in New Jersey. IF there are anyone can help please. I have not worked in nursing field since January 2013. Never worked as a nurse in Jersey.I am a very good nurse I love taking care of the elderly.

Do you have a New Jersey nursing license? That would be the first step. Best wishes!

Prospects in NJ vary in the different areas. You generally need a current active NJ license to be considered. As there are more nurses than open jobs, many facilities have a preference for hiring nurses with recent clinical work experience. Do you have a way to explain the 15+ month break from working as a nurse? There are many plausible reasons to take a break.
