Hi everyone, it might be a little early but I wanted to start a forum for SU's 2021 BSN applicants! I'm applying as a transfer student from a community college in California. I'm curious about everyone else's experience as a pre-nursing student and the schools they plan on applying to.
I've yet to complete my organic Chemistry course (my school doesn't offer one course with both organic and inorganic) and my pre-calculus course to satisfy the prerequisites. Right now I'm trying to find volunteer work, but with the pandemic, there's not much out there.
Feel free to share anything, I'm super curious about everyone's stats!
@PlayItAsItLays It's my understanding that SU will update the application status portal, send out emails, and then a few days later you'll receive a packet in the mail if accepted.
I've been checking my application portal everyday!
The wait is killing me too! I’m so obsessed, anxious, excited, and nervous! In past years, admission decision come out about three weeks after the last interview which would be today!! However, as a previous post mentioned, it could be by or on NEXT Friday. ANY TIME NOW :D!!
I just emailed admissions, this was Sidney's response:
"Decisions for the BSN program have not gone out yet. They are scheduled to be released by the end of day on March 19. You will receive an email notifying you of a status update on that day. Thanks so much for your patience".
