I've been a reader of these message boards for some time and thought I'd finally start participating. I didn't see a thread for the SU APNI 2011 application process, so I thought that as the deadline is this week I would start a thread and see how everyone's process went. I'm interested in the primary care np track myself.

I believe so, however I think it means very little. Anyone who interviewed will be mailed a decision this week. They must be getting then ready at different times and updating the statuses. Since it's a new system (apparently) this year, I'm sure that they haven't perfected it. Seems like the applicants last year didn't have the application status tool, so we're the guinea pigs. :-)

So, I have been reading this chain for a while now...I wanted to let everyone know that I talked to the admissions office maybe an hour ago and they said that ALL of the decisions are being mailed today (and if not today because of the weather that isn't happening then tomorrow). SO, we should know sometime soon...

I too just got off the phone with Graduate Admissions. He told me that all the decisions have been made for all tracks. For the FNP track, they have yet to enter any admission status, and that it usually takes them awhile. He say we should all receive a letter by the end of next week!! If not, then contact Graduate admissions.

I interviewed last Tuesday, and I live in Seattle. It must have changed sometime between 10am and noon. They must be in the process of changing all of them, I'm assuming! I'm trying not to read too much into it, but hopefully I'll get it by Saturday!

Haha asatre, I was just thinking, I really hope the mail isn't postponed because of the weather because it isn't bad at all and the snow isn't sticking! The greater Seattle area seems to shut down with just the threat of snow!

The woman on the phone that I talked to said "IF"...and the mail is always picked up and delivered even in the worst of weather. SO, I think if they did go out today then the people in Seattle should know very soon...ugh...I hope it's a big envelope and not a skinny one. Are there any other people applying for the psych track???

Has anyone out there applied to the Community/Public Health track? They haven't sent me anything (invitation to interview/waitlist notification/rejection letter). All they've done is updated my online status to "under review" back in January. Has anyone heard anything about this track?
