I was just wondering if anyone out there applied for Seattle U's APNI program. I thought I'd start a thread because it doesn't look like there is one, yet.
I think we're supposed to hear about interviews sometime soon. Has anyone gotten word, yet?

Hey guys,
I interviewed the 9th and still nothing. I feel like I've been rejected? I interviewed for FNP originally but I think I am being considered for CNM...again not 100% sure. My fingers are crossed though. Is anyone here for CNM and if so have you heard anything? Good luck everyone:)
Take care

I have noticed that more than one person was interested in the FNP track and then decided to be considered for another track.
I contacted admissions and found out that I got waitlisted. Don't know where on the list, but she said that I would have a letter mailed out tomorrow. So, once I know in writing I will elaborate further.

Did you contact graduate admissions or did you contact someone in the APNI program? It's funny, it seems like everyone who contacts them gets put on the waitlist.
I called Graduate Admissions and actually got transferred to one of the head managers, whom investigated it for me and emailed back the results of her discovery. I think to actually get to talk to someone in the College of Nursing would probably be next to impossible. Better Luck hopefully awaits you Quadruple-Double.:)

Hi Everyone.
I have been following the postings for the last few days and wish I found you all sooner! I was accepted in the GNP track at Seattle University and also Pacific Lutheran University's ELMSN program. I spent the last two weeks deciding which school to attend. The ELMSN program is really great and in ways better than the APNI program, but I decided to stay close to home and attend Seattle University. Those of you who have been accepted and going to Seattle University, I hope to see you all next week at the reception. Those going elsewhere, good luck. And those still waiting for a response or on the waitlist, good luck as well. If it helps I interviewed on Feb. 19th and got my acceptance packet in the mail 2 weeks later. I also didn't think my interview went well at all.

My interview was on February 22nd and I got my acceptance letter a week later. I do think that decisions for acceptance for each track were made independently by the respective faculty, so maybe everyone is on a slightly different schedule. Good luck to all!
