SCVMC / VMC - Clinical Nurse I - 2022

Has anyone applied to any of the Clinical Nurse I position at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose? If yes, have you received a call/email for an interview, and for which unit? 

Also if you are willing to share the questions you were asked during your interview, that would be amazing!! Good luck to all ?

I applied too but just got an email stating I was on the waitlist. I'm pretty far down so don't think I'll get any calls for interview. =(

Yes, got an email tonight for critical care and interview next week.  I work with someone who worked there and said don't worry about the "elgible list" and that he had a friend who was 170 on the list and got a call the next day.  For reference I was #94.

I applied to a bunch, the neonatal ICU one (#68), progressive care (#140), med/surg and their specialty training programs (#280). I never got a response back for the med surg one, so not sure if I made the list or not. I haven’t heard back from anyone yet…but I’m hoping I at least get to interview with someone!

Give it a couple more weeks, from the e-mail it made it seem they will be calling people over the next month.

I applied to all the below: 

Clinical Nurse I - Progressive Care

Clinical Nurse I - Unclassified - Specialty Training Programs

Clinical Nurse I - Critical Care

Clinical Nurse I - Medical Surgical

Clinical Nurse I - Emergency

I have an interview this week for one of the above units. If anyone interviews please share how many people you were interviewed by, which unit, & any advice/tips or questions! Would be so helpful ?

Was informed the following "if you don't hear anything by the 16 you know" 

Didn't really like the delivery of the statement. Felt it was a little off but after hearing that I have no hope for the position whatsoever. 

Anyone else have better luck?

I have my interview tomorrow morning.  So you had your interview and the manager said if you don't hear anything by the 16th you know if you're hired or not?

Other than what they said, do you think the interview went well?  Are you a new grad or do you have RN exp already?

Interview went good. But just after meeting with the manager it didn’t feel good LOL. I am a New grad. Wbu?
