Scrubs or Street Clothes

What do you all wear for visits? Scrubs or Street clothes? Lab coats? Lately I've been wearing long underwear under jeans and boots.:p

I wear both, however prefer to wear scrubs esp if I have to do a wound vac , picc line, blood draw or urinary cath.....had to laugh about dodging chickens because I am also in a rural area . I also have to have a 4wd to get to some homes on the gravel & level B roads. That truck came in handy last week when I had to transport an IV pole back to the office.
