I got an interview for La Jolla. However, I accidentally signed up for a timeslot without including my resume. Does anyone know how I can go back and include documents for the interview?

Hi, I was so excited that I did the same thing! What I did is just rescheduled so that I could include my resume. And yes I wanted my original time that I had so of course that meant I had to reschedule TWICE because I was obviously holding my original time the first time I rescheduled haha. I didn't think it was a big deal to reschedule nor would it look bad. I would rather do that than not have my resume attached because I had made updates to it. In your confirmation email for your time slot there should be a reschedule link.

Hello, I just got an interview invitation at LJ as well. By any chance do you guys know if it is a group interview or just with a different manager from a different unit?

Congrats to everyone who were able to get an interview! I did notice that many were from LJ and one from Encinitas. So hopefully they are working their way down to Mercy?

Congrats! My application was forward to San Diego Mercy but haven’t heard anything yet.

My fingers are crossed for you!! With what I’ve noticed from other hospitals is that they all seem to be on their own timeline so deff don’t get discouraged. The SD location could still just be filtering through apps. When did it say forwarded to hiring manger?

If I never received an email saying it was forwarded to the hiring manager does that mean I am out? Or is there more time? I never got a rejection email either

It feels like forever but I don’t think that’s bad! I hope you hear something this week!! And I mean one thing that you could do is call HR and ask. I have some friends from my program that applied to UCSD and they were hearing how others were getting scheduled and they weren’t and were worried so they called HR and they told them not to stress yet bc they were still reviewing applications and within two days they were called for interviews. So I mean I get anxiety with that stuff haha but if you don’t then you could always try that.
