I saw one person posted on here that they applied and got an interview for Mercy surgical floor. I think it was sometimes last week or the week before. For the ones that have not gotten an interview that applied to mercy what unit did you guys applied for?

Hi all. I applied for the August 2022 new grad prog. I got an email that says my application has been forwarded to the hiring manager. I was just wondering if that means I will be getting an interview or does it just mean I am being considered for an interview depending if the manager like what they see? Thank you in advanced.

Yes that’s what I thought too. But some people were mentioning March so I was a bit confused. @sbvs have you heard from anyone yet? Someone was mentioning how they’ve gotten a on demand invitation . But I was a bit confused on that because I know the deadline for April doesn’t close until the 23rd unless there’s starting early the hiring process early ?

I am confused to the people who applied in March vs April. I am assuming the people who applied in March got their on demand interview? I applied for April application for the Aug/Oct one. Sorry for the questions I just wasn’t sure how the process is.
