Scripps New Grad Residency 2020 October

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to start a thread for those applying to the October Residency 2020. The site says applications will open 6/22. Job posting number is not up yet and am not sure if they will actually open the application as listed because of the pandemic. I would love to hear from those who will be applying and keep the convo going on how the process is going for everyone!

Oh that’s interesting... I picked that too and didn’t get anything. Anyways everyone I called HR and the told me to email talent development which I did so I’ll let you know what they say!

Thanks for doing that! Do you mind posting the email? I’m sure if others send one it could help speed up the process a little

As a former Scripps employee, I can say that there is no ICU or ED new grad program available. After 1 year there is a transition program that is offered twice a year for specialities like OR, ICU, ED.

I emailed yesterday around 1:30 about not receiving notifications like I usually do, and have not heard back yet

nothing on my end either; I also applied around 0100 (6/22) for Mercy DOU/Tele

I applied at 2:20am Monday and received an on-demand interview immediately after. There wasn’t anything special about my application. I do not have my RN license and I am not an internal applicant nor do I have any affiliation with Scripps so I’m not sure how that happened.

I heard they changed their application the next day so maybe that caused a technical error? I would keep emailing HR!

Which hospital was your first choice and what unit?
