Scripps New Grad Residency 2020 October

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to start a thread for those applying to the October Residency 2020. The site says applications will open 6/22. Job posting number is not up yet and am not sure if they will actually open the application as listed because of the pandemic. I would love to hear from those who will be applying and keep the convo going on how the process is going for everyone!

Hello,

I currently work at Scripps as a PCA and asked my supervisor if there would be any delay in their new grad program and she said that they should still be hiring as normal.

Is it just me or is the posting number supposed to be updated by now? Or does it usually appear the day applications are supposed to open?

Does anybody know if the Scripps Residency Program has any critical care or ICU unit options? The page mentions Med/Surg and Cardiac Care, but I was unsure if any of those included critical care or ICU.

Yeah, all is see is this in the Description..."New graduate nursing positions are offered in the following units: Medical/surgical, Definitive observation/telemetry, Oncology, Cardiac care", and this in the Q & A..."All Scripps hospital locations accept new grads on their med/surg/DOU/Tele units."
