Hello!

I just wanted to start a thread for those who have applied for either the RN New Grad or ED Residency Program at Scripps Health

Specializes in Emergency.

Has anyone applied for the "Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ED) Transition Program - June 2024" at Scripps?

I was sent an email to complete the video interview immediately after I submitted my application on the Feb 16. However, I haven't heard back anything since and I am getting extremely anxious ?

Has anyone heard back after completing the on-demand video interview or know when they usually provide an update?

My application status shows:

  • Job Status: Accepting Job Submissions
  • Submission Status: Completed

THANK YOU!

I applied to ED and got a denial email. I did get an email stating I'm going to get sent the link to schedule an interview for the regular June new grad cohort today.

Im not sure if this is where I should post but I did new grad surgical acute and got an email saying my application got approved by talent acquisition and was sent to the hiring director for an interview.

I applied to the ED transition program and I don't have any updates yet. I sent my video interview on the 18th. I applied to the RN new grad March 2023 cohort back in December and received an email saying they have referred my application to the hiring leader on January 2nd. I was thinking that we should be receiving updates sometime today but I feel like they may be sent out later this week. I'll keep you posted!

I applied to the ED transition one and the regular new grad one but only got a response for the ED transition one yesterday!

I'm just curious, what's you guys' ER background?? I have 3 years of EMT and 8 years of ER tech experience but not at a trauma hospital

I want this position so bad ?

That's awesome that you got a response!!

I am from Florida but my husband is in the military so we recently got stationed here after I graduated nursing school. I was a peds ER tech back home for about half a year and transitioned into an ER nurse extern role for a year. I work in Temecula on a med-surg unit right now but it's an hour and a half drive on night shift and I really want to work in the ER. I wish you the best of luck!

hey I also applied to the RN New Grad for June and got an email back saying it was sent to hiring managers. wondering when we will hear back for further updates

Jujubenurse Is that the New grad program or ER transition program? Also, did they recently send you that email? I haven't received any updates still but I know interviews/updates were supposed to start on the 4th.

The next day from my last update got a call for an interview in 2 weeks.

I applied to the New Grad program, I got the email on Monday but haven't recieved a call or email. does anyone know if they call and you don't answer if they'll leave a voicemail

I got the same email update when I applied to the March 2024 new grad program. I never got a call though or interview offer.
