Hi guys! 
A couple of questions I can;'t find answers to

- Is UTSW flexible with starting pay? I have 2 yrs LVN experience would hate it if they didn't consider that and still offered me $30.

- Is there a critical care differential? How many $ per hour is it? (not night or weekend specifically asking about critical care differential for ED and ICU)

I have been with UTSW for a few years, and it may not be considered immediately for the residency program. I asked a nurse if there was a critical care differential, and she said not immediately. It happens during the program. At UTSW, individual performance is also taken into consideration. I believe your years of experience as an LVN will be considered, but not immediately. I hope this was helpful.

I applied the day they opened and haven't heard anything back. Has anyone gotten an interview yet?

just received an email to schedule an interview for their acute medical track!

I got emailed this morning as well too! I'm curious to know if any of you are currently working at UTSW or have done clinical there?

Does anyone know if they are already done reviewing applications and sending out emails for interviews for both medsurge cohort and specialty units?
