How soon after interviews did yall hear back from someone? Was it a call or an email?

Thank you! Yes it was 6 unit managers. Thought it would be intimidating but having more people there oddly made me feel more comfortable? It was rapid fire questions, but nothing super difficult. Mostly behavioral, "tell me about a time when", questions.

Does anyone know if BUMC is contract? Like as a nurse resident would I have to work for them for say 2 years instead of just finishing the residency?

When you received an email that you got these interviews, were they in 2 separate emails? I got an interview for acute medical but I also applied to specialty units so I'm wondering if I'll have the opportunity to interview with both.

Hello! I'm applying for the July 2024 cohort and I was just curious to know if any of you had the option to interview with both the specialty units track and the acute medical track or if they only let you move forward with one or the other?
