Hey everyone! Wanted to start a post since there isn't one yet. I applied right when the applications open and my application still says "submission received".
This is my second time applying, I interviewed for the last cohort but was not selected.
Post any updates here! :)
Hi! Did your status change from "Hiring Manager Review"? I checked my status today it still says hiring manager review - updated 7/16 and I haven't received an e-mail for interview so just wondering if that means I won't be.
Mine also says hiring manager review. From what I read from the last cohort, it looks like they'll send you an email once they finish giving out invites. Don't give up hope yet! :)
Does anyone know how many candidates were chosen for the interview and how many positions they'll be offering? Also, how long they take to give the offer/ reject after the interview? And any insight or advice on how the interview process goes will be greatly appreciated! It sucks that the only information they gave regarding the interview is the hospital name... Super nervous as someone who doesn't know much about the hospital or the area :/ Thank you in advance!!
Hello! Congrats to everyone that got an interview, and good luck!Quick question: does anyone know how the Dedicated Education Unit program works?
From what I've read in the past, if you start on La Jolla's DEU, its an oncology unit. You train for a period of time and then unit managers will hire you onto their specific unit.

It really depends on which hospital you're chosen for. I think for the last cohort, there were offer emails being sent after a week and a half. Interviews are all held in the same building within different rooms. It's a panel interview with multiple hiring managers. Try looking up previous application rounds if you have the time to sit and read through the posts.
