I don't see a thread for the summer cohort, so here it is! Does anyone know what time the application opened? I am on the east coast and woke up at 3 am to try to apply for 12 am pacific time, but it wasn't open. Anyways, good luck to all who applied!

Yes we both received a letter of declination. Mine came at 11:20 am. It said, “Hello, This email is to notify you that you were not selected for a new grad RN position at this time. You are encouraged to apply again. Information on the next program is below.”
Interviewed with Othello, and I have not heard back. He told me two weeks. So tomorrow is the big day. Good luck to you all who have not heard back yet. And congratulations to those who received an offer. And for those who received a decline, don’t give up. Praying for everyone tomorrow who has not heard anything yet.
Hello all! I just received my declination from Scripps La Jolla. I interviewed with Othello. I have my BSN, 6 months RN experience in the DOU in LA, and 1 year CNA experience. My interviewed went extremely well, I was super prepared, I studied, super personable, and even threw in Scripps mission statement at one point. Not sure what else they are looking for but super bummed. Congrats to all those who received an offer and good luck on your journey.

My friend from my nursing cohort and I are both CNAs in the float pool at Scripps. We both interviewed for La Jolla DOU and we both interviewed with Othello. We both were rejected this afternoon. I’m so disappointed, trying to figure out how to improve myself for the next application cycle. I felt so confident that my interview went well, but apparently I missed the mark in some way. I’m so disheartened.
