Just wanted to start a thread for the Scripps New Grad application for the Jan/March 2019 cohorts that opened 9/17-9/19 so we could keep each other updated and calm our nerves :)
I'd love to know if anyone else here applied while still in school! I graduate in Dec but figured it wouldn't hurt to apply and see if my stuff makes t past ATS.
Interviews are on Oct. 22 and 23 and based on previous cohorts status changes/interview invites seem to go out between Oct.3-Oct 13th! But who knows- their rules can always change!
Yes!!! I received that same email, and also cannot edit my application. I called HR and talked to them, she suggested that I email them back and explain what is happening and also said that I could leave a voicemail too. I did both of those around 4pm (California time) and have heard nothing back. She said they close at 5, so I am guessing we will hear nothing today. I'll keep you updated if I hear anything!
Omg I'm glad you guys are experiencing the same problem as I am. I received the email as well and cannot edit the submission. When I looked at my whole submission change, my work history seemed to have populated from my previous application from a year ago. I have a lot of updates and the work history that populated is outdated. I emailed them as well and tried calling today but they were already close. I hope this gets resolved soon! Please let me know if you guys hear anything from anyone at all. Thank you!
Yes I also got the same email. My work history is also incorrect and not updated to how I did have it for this application... Not sure why it changed to my old application. Im hoping they figure it out soon so we can go back in and change it. I also emailed scripps careers but did not call.
I got the same email too. Second time applying, and they used my previous employment history from my first application. I emailed scripps careers and plan to call tomorrow! Hopefully this isn't a big issue. I am pretty certain we already provided an esignature prior to submitting the application. Hopefully we hear from them soon!
My status was changed to 'hiring manager review' 2 days ago ( i applied internally) . But then I also received that email about e signature and my work history has completely changed. Frustrating and stressful.
YES! The same thing happened to me! I tried 3 different internet browsers and 4 different computers, but I can't edit my submission! I already emailed them and left a voicemail message, usually they respond in 24 hours, so hopefully they get back to me soon. If they do, I'll let you know!
Okay, I definitely feel a little bit better knowing that this signature thing has happened to a LOT of people. If anyone gets a reply on how to fix it, please update the group!
I also got the same email but unable to find the "edit/view submission" feature.I tried to contact HR by email and phone, but haven't heard anything back yet. Hope it was just a mistake from their side.
