Scripps Health New Grad Residency August/October 2023

Hi guys! Just wanted to start a post for the cohort for August/October 2023. Just curious if anyone would know the answer to this but it says on their FAQs PDF that there is only positions in units like med/surge or telemetry however during the application, there were choices like medical acute and surgical acute. Does anyone know if those units are hiring or not? And if we could apply to multiple units?

I haven't tried calling my recruiter but she is good about emailing back after a day or so

Initials are M. C.  I feel like the emails regarding it were not complete. The other emails say "reach your coordinator at:   .”  and it's just left blank. And then the one that actually provides info gives a bad phone number and slow response to emails.

That sounds frustrating. Maybe reach out to Alison (the one from the original application process? I have my meeting with my person on Thursday and if it's not figured out I can try asking her about it!

Does anyone who applied to Scripps La Jolla still have "Job Closed" or "Completed" on their status? If so, has anyone reached out to a recruiter for an update?

Is anyone starting in the October cohort? I was I haven't been able to reach my recruiter this week about a question I had. So I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue!

Hello, I know this is a post from a previous cohort, but I was just offered Scripps DEU Med/Onc and Green Surgical Acute. I was just wondering if anyone who was accepted and started on either of these units is willing to share some insight. It would be GREATLY appreciated in helping me make a decision. I also got into the PB-RNR VA New Grad program so if anyone has any comparison with that it would also be helpful! Thank you SO MUCH in advance!
