Just wondering if anyone else has applied to the S&W nurse intern program for summer 2015! Would love to keep up to date with everyone and see how the whole thing is progressing! They just opened up the applications the other day :) Good luck!

People are still getting calls. Don't worry!! I know 2 ppl in my class that got called for an OR interview and peds medsurg today

I applied 2/28, and haven't heard anything either. :no: I hoped that I was a good candidate, but I'm starting to have doubts now.

For those who got an interview, or a job offer: do you guys have previous experience in health care, volunteer work, or did clinical at the hospital?

I did clinicals on the floor that I got an offer from. I also work at the hospital as a tech.

@KTnurse2015 I applied several weeks ago to Baylor in Dallas and Fort Worth & I never got prescreening questions either... I haven't heard anything from them. Now I'm really nervous

The only thing I have heard from Baylor in Dallas is that they pretty much only hire BSN grads. I had to email her... I'm graduating from CTC with an ADN. Still nothing here from PICU/adult ICU or either ER. Am I the only one with my phone surgically attached to my hand??

CenTexnurse, You are not the only one!! I check this thread and my phone all the time! I am anxiously waiting for PICU, ICU, and/or NICU. I am having such a hard time concentrating on school or anything else.

I got an email from HR yesterday stating that the Director of 7N wanted to let me know that I'll have a FT job waiting for me when I arrive- they are really making it a great deal :)

Yes I am now lol. The original PRN offer was for nights so I'm assuming so is this offer.
