  1. This week I learned that what seemed to be a promising HIV vaccine, was a fluke. The researcher botched the whole study and will do prison time.😁 Researcher who spiked rabbit blood to fake HIV vaccine results slapped with rare prison sentence - The Washington Post
  2. I only used ATI, 75 questions and passed the first time
  3. I applied to my states BRN right after graduation however I received a job offer from out of state and I did the following: 1. Go on the new states BRN website or call them and figure out what they need in order to apply to their BRN. Although I was not in GA I was told that I needed a finger print card, the application, show that my school is accredited, transcript and the fee to process your application. 2. Overnight all of this to them. 3. Call Pearson Vue to change your jurisdiction which will cost you approximately $50. 4. Wait for the ATT; you'll be able to test in your state for another states license once you are approved. 5. Figure out what your weakness content wise and study your butt of. Good luck!
  4. The trick worked for me. I took my NCLEX 4/23 and ended with 75 questions. I put in an invalid expiration date on the check out; I got a "good pop up" 1 hour after the exam, and 24 hours after. 48 hours later I checked quick results and got a pass. Good luck everyone!
  5. I haven't heard anything about either. However, I accepted an offer at another hospital for labor and delivery. Good luck guys!
  6. I haven't heard anything 😕
  7. Do you know which units?
  8. I haven't heard anything either which worries me since they started interviews 😕
  9. Yes, it is.
  10. Thank you so much!! Congrats on your interview! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you ☺️
  11. Thank you so much for sharing! HR is making the calls, rather than the managers themselves? That is interesting, I thought it'd be the other way around.
  12. Congratulations!!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for your top choice! Which units did you guys get call backs for?
  13. No. It seems like they started calling for many units, but then it came to a halt 😕 Monica- Congrats!!!
  14. Psata- I agree with you 100% on the danger of attending a for profit university, as you made some great points. I just wanted to show the original poster that although the risks are high, as it the tuition, it works for some students. I defended the university to show a different point from what everyone is saying. Not that any of those things are not true, because they are, but there are other things that he or she could factor in.
