They are hiring 10 he said out of my group that I'm interviewing for....MICU candidates. Will be panel interview with 4-5 people.

Wondering if anyone has applied for the Summer 2016 Baylor Scott & White in Temple? If so have you received a phone interview/screen yet? I applied exactly a week ago - just anxious for that phone call!

I just submitted my application today. I hope to hear something soon. I only applied for one specialty. On the application where it asks first choice specialty and city, I chose my preferences. Is it recommended to apply for three specialties? I really want the oncology internship but really I'd be happy with any opportunity with Baylor. Did everyone apply for more than one speciality with Baylor?

@autumn_tray yay!! so happy you applied. I think if you don't want to do anything besides Oncology then I wouldnt apply to more than one. I applied to critical care, ER, and telemetry but I really want ICU just wanted to apply and have as many options as possible. It's not too late to apply to others!

I applied to the OR, PACU, and ER internships (from most to least preferred). As far as the facility is concerned, Baylor S&W All Saints in Ft. Worth is my first choice, followed by Irving and Grapevine. I have a phone screen today at 1p. Wish me luck! Prayers welcomed! :up: How did the phone interviews go for those who have already had them?? Anyone else apply for the OR internship?

I haven't heard back from the ED yet but had a phone interview for CC and have my face to face next week. Perhaps Critical care is just getting their interviews done a bit earlier than other units?

Still nothing from ER yet. I made it through the phone screen for OR, now I have a face-to-face interview at the Irving location for OR Friday. From what I was told from the HR recruiter, they are trying to give everyone a chance. So, even if you listed three internship preferences, you will most likely only get one interview for now. It sounds like the ER applications may be sky high. OR had over 300! :dead:
