Is there any collaborative place online i can find scientific rationales to nursing interventions/assessments? Im working on a care plan and although i know why i do certain things, I dont know the best way to put it into words. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Go to your institution's library and use CINAHL or some other database to look up papers.

But again, that'll only be useful if you're at an academic library with a decent number of electronic journal subscriptions.
