it doesnt mind where u want to call up pearson vue..it doesnt apply that if u are in the phil.. u should call this number, when i scheduled my nclex exam i called up directly to the main branch in USA..and it is very easy to call no hassle and and it is straight to the point..i used pldt budget card and in just 5 min i already have a slot on my exam.so it doesnt mean that u nid to call asia pacific lines...

Sorry, but does not work that way. The appts that are available are always changing and you cannot even see the schedule until you have your ATT. What is available at this time right now, may not be available in three hours from now.
And they always have cancellations so it is not going to be any problem to get a slot before you leave, provided that you have your ATT in hand.
I've been trying to register at Pearsonvue these past 3 days so I can schedule for my NCLEX exam but everytime I reach the page where the question about the nursing program from which I graduated, I'm stuck.
This is what appears when I click the Next button:
"An answer must be supplied to the following question: Select the nursing program from which you graduated. Please fill in any combination of the following fields."
I already supplied the Country which is Philippines then the city where I came from. Then the program code 99-425 which I got form the NCLEX Candidate Bulletin for the International Education Codes. From the item "select from the items below for the Program name and program code", nothings appears after I supply the information about the country and city.
After attempting to fill in all the required information, still the same. Is there something that I missed? I hope you can help me with this. Thanks.
I dont have a CREDIT CARD. But i have a VISA DEBIT CARD? will it be accepted for my payment to pearson? pls help

is your visa debit card Unionbank's EON account? if yes, you can use that make sure you have money deposited there for at least $160 ($10 more than the actual amount to serve as a buffer as fx rates change everyday) so that you won't get denied for insufficient funds and your call won't be a waste. just tried my EON account to pay for my friend's NCLEX exam
You can also use a UNIONBank eon card or an E -wallet visa, if you're a regular depositor of UBP. for an eon card, you just have to pay 350 for the annual visa fee. the e-wallet has a 10k maintaining balance as far as i know. I got one from my recent job and i'll be using it :) Try to apply in the nearest branch in your place!
its a debit card instead of a credit card, they will take the payment from your savings...i've read in some forums that all you have to to is to deposit 10-20 dollar equivalent coz foreign exchange fluctuates from time to time.. your dollar payment will be converted automatically into peso.BTW, Im planning to register this month and take it this june if possible. :) when are you planning to take then? Im from manila too :)
FYI don't choose vermont when filing your NCLEX. I have filed my requirements last september and up to now I stil don;t have my eligibility. Vermont has a lot of updates. I would suggest that others should file in other states for faster process.
