    hi friends! i am quite confused. i dont have a credit card. i only have a visa debit card thru unionbank's eon card. my uncle said that it automatically converts your peso to dollar. which is true cause i use it to purchase dollar items in the internet or even paypal. can i use this card to pay the $150 scheduling fee for the nclex here in manila? help pls. :) thank you[/b] tagalog is not permitted to be used on this site. thread edited to remove. suzanne4
