Hi,
I am just wonder is there any differences between Saunders NCLEX-RN 3rd edition and 4rd edition. I have a 3rd edition which I bought last year. Do I need to buy 4rd edition or study with 3rd edition?
Thank you in advance.
Oh, I am sorry, I found similar thread but I cannot delete this one.

If you're planning on doing Suzanne's Plan she has stressed in her threads to use the 4th Ed. NCLEX-RN or if you're taking the PN it's the 3rd. Things are changed about every 3 years.:heartbeat

There is not that much differerence in the actual books, but the CDs are significantly difference. The 3rd edition does not contain any of the newer format questions.

So, does this mean that it's ok for me to read the 3rd edition and practice with the questions using the cd of the 4th edition? I have both books but I share it with someone. We're like fighting over who's gonna use the 4th edition book!
