I'm done with the 1st tip. Have sent you a pm last Sept.30. It's been 5 days and I haven't received any pertaining to the 2nd tip. Is it because my exam date(Nov.20) is too soon and the plan will not work? Please help me. Do I need to pm you again for this? I could change my nclex exam date to give me more time if my current sched is not enough.

From what I understood, she'll send you the information(her plan) via email. There'll be 6 attachments and everything that you need to do will be there. Goodluck on your exam. I'm done with the first tip too. I'll send her pm as soon as my posts reach 15.

Is it true that 15 out of 75 questions on the actual nclex exam are trial or experimental questions and are basically not scored? If true then this means that there are only 60 items which are counted or scored. How many correct answers then are needed to be able to pass the exam?

So, does this mean that it's ok for me to read the 3rd edition and practice with the questions using the cd of the 4th edition? I have both books but I share it with someone. We're like fighting over who's gonna use the 4th edition book!

Is it possible then for an employer to process AOS and hire one for h-1b while waiting for GC visa to become available?

But the thing is.. the retrogression is still in full effect. Would this route be any exemption?
