I submitted my requirements last Feb and I received a text from them a month after (March) for my interview. I finished all the necessary requirements (medical, first evaluation, authentication and final evaluation) last may. I waited for their text for almost 6 months for my deployment.. hopefully I will be deployed before the year ends..

Like most of you I also want to work in KSA under the SRO-MOH, but as I was waiting for my board cert (got it already); one of my friends who went there had a problem with regards to her pay. She's been there for 3 months and still she hasn't received her salary. Now I'm having doubts. If ever I'd do work for no pay it better be close to home (like volunteering?)

Want to know your two cents on this...

Hello furuncle30!!! I would like to ask when did you have your exam? I registered at PRC last May 2007. I took my exam Dec. 2007, I am just wondering if my Board Certificate is now available. Every time I go to PRC, they always say to "come back next week" and when I go back, it's not yet available.. ?

Hi I'm a December 2007 taker. I think Dec 07 batch is already being given out since I got mine already.. but a lil story about my board cert there's a missing signature from one of the board members aaargh..so I have to go back there in January. Hey are you applying for SRO-MOH also? Maybe we could go together or something? I'm the only one processing my papers and some of my friends are really icky about going to Saudi... my cousin is there already sheesh... I heard some of them folks there have vaio laptops already.. it just takes some time for some new hospitals in KSA to be systematized...and be civilized as well lol...

Hello pizzalady! ? there is no placement fee you need to pay when you apply at SRO. I think you'll just pay for your own expenses like the processing of authenticating your papers. I hope I answered your query. ?
