Hi everyone! I'm applying for Fall 2024 and haven't seen a forum for it. I hope we can share information with each other and also share our stats!

My Stats:

Big 8 GPA: 4.0

TEAS: 89.3 (2nd attempt)

Finished 3 Co-Reqs

200+ hours of hospital volunteering

Just wondering if I have a solid chance of getting admitted?

Also, does your Overall GPA get factored into your impaction score at all and if so by how much?

I believe only our big 8s are factored in our impaction scoring and its 2/3 GPA and 1/3 of our TEAS score. And yeah 4.0 GPA would mean someone having all A's but an A- can be a factor that affects that. I had two A-'s so that made my GPA a 3.9. Hope this helps!

Hello everyone, 

I applied to one ADN and 7 CSU's in the bay. My top pick: ( EB, SJ and SF ) But still thinking which one. 

My Stats:

4.0 GPA

96 TEAS

- Finished all Co-reqs 

-3 yrs hospital experience @KP Emergency Room 

-Multi-language 

I am so nervous too!!

Hi! I applied to CSUEB, Sonoma State, SJSU, SFSU, Chico State, & Evergreen Valley College. I got denied from EVC cuz I forgot to send my transcripts lmao. But my top choice is EB ;-;
My stats:

3.80 (two A- and one B ? )

90.0 TEAS

Bilingual with certification

I would have finished all my coreqs but I never got off the waitlist for Human Development ?

>450 hrs experience

Hi all, I got conditional acceptance today, not sure what does that mean. My application status is changed to 'Conditional Admit-Self Report'. Does anyone know what does that mean?

OMG they're out already? Did you get an email from the nursing department?

I'm pretty sure it means that the acceptance will be finalized once you submit your transcripts and they verify it. I got the same email last night but I know it's for the university itself and not for the nursing program

Hi! I think that just means that you got into the University as an Undeclared Pre-nursing major. The actual nursing program decisions will be released at around April and will be sent through email.

What is the average TEAS to be accepted into the program and the GPA. Work experience or volunteer hours are necessary?
