I'm getting ready to apply and just took my TEAS V. Didn't do as well as I would have liked. I'm a litle bummed and was wondering was some of the nursing students TEAS V and overall points were for this upcoming Fall 2013 year now that the lowered the number of students to 40.
Thanks
I know they said even last semester that the lowest number was 60. I'm really nervous too I only have either a 60.5 or 61.5 (because my teas was 86.7 and i don't know if they round up or down, if it's an 86 or an 87) and I'm terrified. I'm waiting for the email too haven't heard anything
Okay! Thanks. I'll double check on the criteria paper. =) It's all my calculations anyway, so whatever they add up will be just that. So if works like that, there's 5 points gone. Haha. So 64.5? Oh, *cross fingers. Yeah. I've been hearing all sorts of different things. Good job on your TEAS though. Was it your first time?
yea i took it and got an 86, then retook it trying to do better got an 82, then retook it again and got an 86.7. i didn't have the book and now i just found out you can only take it three times!!!!! horrible news because now if i don't get in i can't try to improve my score i wish i would've known that before. with a 64.5 you should totally get in. last semester i think some really high 50's got in. So awful that they only take 40
:( if it was still 70 we'd be in the clear
I finally got an email! Check yours, everyone! :)

Just wanted to show you all. I guess that's the email we'll all be hoping to receive on October 31st. :)
full_of_faith, I really don't know! dlr13 and I received ours about the same time. Maybe they're still preparing yours? I mean, there's an attachment in each one of ours that tells us the paperwork we'll need to submit. Maybe they're still fixing yours? Have you received anything yet. It's been about 4 hours since I got the email. Don't freak out!

Hey.. just wanted to let you know that you only get 2.5 points for all of the additional criteria. even though you qualify for low income, need to work, and difficult personal situation, you still only will submit docs for one of the options and receive only 2.5 points, not 7.5 for all three. you'll still get the additional 2.5 for language though.
