I am new to this site. I have been reading all the comments and just wanted to join in. I mailed in my documents yesterday but i was super paranoid about the whole process I am so nervous.. this whole month is going to be torture!

No my Nutrition class was taken at a different school, and I submitted my transcript and for some reason they didn't see it or something, I'm not really sure what the issue was, I never really got a straight answer.

I sent in my documentation and now I am thinking I may have sent in too much information. So now I'm stressed out, surely they won't disqualify me for sending in too much, right?!!!

I'm a Delta student who has finished all of my prereqs, but needing to wait until Fall 2012. Just wanting to see the acceptance scores for this semester. Last semester was lower than usual. I'm thinking that won't happen again. Anyways, good luck to everyone applying. I can't wait for the opportunity to apply myself.

Hello! Has anyone taken Delta's psychology class online as a pre-req? About how many units did you have before you could register for it? I will be coming into the school with 0 units, and just need to take psychology (online), and just want to know if it's realistic. Thanks so much!

I applied as well and I see people sharing their scores for the application "67.3"etc. How do you know what your score was? Im not talking about scores for the TEAS test I am talking about overall scores? I never saw anything that showed me a score, Please let me know :)

If you go online to the Delta College website, look for the SEARCH box in the top right hand corner and type ADN Admission Criteria, select the first option and it will be the list of criteria and you just add up your points from each section.

Do you mean the Psychology 001 corequisite? It might be really tough to get without units since it is an entry level class that is offered online. They may, however, offer several sections, which will help. Your biggest issue is that as a new student you will have to wait for open enrollment. You might grab whatever 1 unit class you can you can and then try for Psychology over the summer. Because it isn't a nursing class per se, you will have better luck. Anyway, no harm in trying and you may get lucky. You also might try Merced JC online offerings if they have one for Psychology. I found getting a class their as a new student really easy.

Thanks so much! My points are not too good I only got points for my grades and the TEAS test. I do not have any other degrees or any volunteer/work experience etc. So I am extremely stressed now that I looked up my "score". I am from Arizona, and I took all my prereqs there, and I got all of my transcripts and course descriptions sent over, and I am hoping that there isnt any problems with the classes that I took in Arizona. I see you had problems with your nutrition class, and I am just praying that the same thing doesnt happen to me. Well, good luck to you!

If you have good grades and did well on the TEAS test then you should be fine, those areas are worth so many more points than the others like work experience and degrees. My score is pretty low because I am far from a straight A student...I have too many other things going on, but I still try not to let it stress me out!! I am getting anxious to know and I hate the wait!! :uhoh21:

Im far from straight A's too, my score is NOTHING to brag about. Im tryin not to get stressed too, but its hard not to! AHHHHHHH! We should find out in 2 weeks, right?
