Hi all,

Is anyone aware of the deadline for submitting the CPR/BLS ceritification?

Hey so I was thinking about setting up a carpool, I'm left with the last clinicals registrations, probably Tracy or Manteca because I have to register tomorrow. Anybody from elk grove want to set up a carpool?

I live in Sacramento, but live out towards Grant Line, so I will be taking 99 to class everyday. I am doing my clinicals at The Doctor's Hospital in Manteca. I believe its still open. I am up for carpooling. I do have to say though I am the type of person that doesn't like to walk into class right on time, I like to get places 10-15 minutes early so I am not stressing on getting there on time or even being late. So if I do a carpool, I want to do it with someone that is the same way.

I just think they need to be uploaded by the time we start clinical. I could be wrong, but I am sure we will learn more on Tuesday. I have my CPR scheduled for early January that way my cert last the entire 2 years of the program. I didn't want it to expire a week or two before we finished the program so that way I had to worry about getting that done again.

That a good idea, I didn't even think about that. I think I'll do the same, unless we find out different on Tuesday. :up:

Will you be going to Orientation on Tuesday? I took the day off work and have my physical in the morning and then will be getting my TB test before I head out to Stockton. Do you have a facebook page? If so you can add me just search Trisha Frudden and just send me a message with your add so I know who it is.

Does anybody know if we are allowed to waitlist for a hospital? I tried to add a different hospital today, just to get on the waitlist in case someone changed their mind, but it said I couldn't add the same course code, even though its different.

I was accepted to my first choice school, woo hoo!!!. I had previously accepted Delta, but I will be declining my spot tommorrow. I just wanted to let the alternates know, they are one spot closer, good luck!

Hey is anyone else doing their clinicals at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital?? I'm from Sacramento (elk grove) and am trying to find somebody to carpool with. Hope somebody is in the same position I am, gas is expensive!

Yeah.....I'm back in the running; they approved my appeal and put me on the list as an alternate. Have you guys heard of many people not taking their spot they were selected for or of any of the alternates being selected already?

My friend was also disqualified but then won his appeal. He is now in the program not an alternate

I wonder why they put u as an alternate then?? Well hopefully u get in,,

My other friends on the alternate list did not get in yet but it's still early

Hi HMEYSE,

I am also an alternate and I haven't heard anything from them. I called the office on Mon. they said they don't know yet how many spots have been declined because there are still some State schools that haven't send their notices. So she told me to call back after the holidays. Please do let us know if you hear anything. I hope people do their declines soon! :anbd:
